Sheri Schultz has been involved in accounting since childhood, having worked with her father, Alan Fiske, filing and doing other administrative work. In fact, by high school she knew more about the tax code than her teachers. After graduating from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation, Schultz was on the fast track to becoming a partner at a Big 8 firm when she began her career with a position at Coopers & Lybrand. Then, in 1990, her father “made her an offer she couldn’t refuse,” and she joined him as a partner at Fiske & Company. Accredited in business valuations and certified in financial forensics, Schultz has served in many professional organizations to advance the business valuation discipline. Her service includes being a member of the Business Valuation Committee of the National Organization, American Institute of CPAs, chair of the Florida Institute of CPA’s  Business Valuation/Litigation Section and co-chair of the AICPA’s Editorial Advisory Committee for Business Valuation and Litigation Services.
