He has been admitted to the Florida Bar Association and is a member of the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit. Bennett earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
