Bernstein has extensive familiarity with providing expert testimony in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy and reorganization consulting, and accounting investigation services. His expert testimony experience includes valuation issues in Delaware Chancery Court, lost profits matters in the International Court of Arbitration, construction and real estate development claims, and a wide range of other economic damages matters. In addition, Bernstein has significant experience leading forensic accounting investigations in order to assist court-appointed receivers in SEC and FTC matters, not to mention legal counsel and directors concerning corporate investigations and parties in bankruptcy actions.
