Over the past 18 years, BCD has built more than 10 million square feet. Malcolm and his brother, Mark, currently own more than a million square feet of commercial space in several cities in Florida and Georgia. Notable projects include the Boca Village Corporate Center, which incorporated Boca Raton’s first LEED-certified office building. In 2007, Florida Trend magazine ranked BCD as the fifth most active commercial developer in Florida, and the South Florida Business Journal ranked the firm as the second most active commercial real estate developer in South Florida. BCD has been awarded the NAOIP’s South Florida Chapter Developer of the Year award three times in the last nine years.
