Brian Gale is Taylor & Mathis’ senior leasing representative and broker for Florida. Over the last three years, he has overseen the signing of deals totaling over 975,000 square feet, with a value of over $245 million. He represents over three million square feet of office space in South Florida and has done three of the ten largest office leases ever in the Brickell-Downtown market. In 2002 and 2007, he was the recipient of the BOMA Broker of the Year Award. Gale is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in business administration and was formerly president of the Brickell Area Association, a member of NAIOP and the New World Executive Committee. He is also involved with the Diabetes Research Institute.
