Its supplier-management solutions include highly configurable search and
shopping tools, rapid enabling of supplier content and connectivity, ongoing
supplier content management, and maintenance of supplier integrations with
procurement and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Training vehicles: SciQuest offers several initiatives,
including a performance-management process, as a result of individual department
and functional needs and requirements, as well as continuous efforts in
management and development training. Last year, it offered training in priorities
and time management, customer support, effective communication, and presentation
and project management. Plans are in the works for new training programs
in project management, customer support, harassment in the workplace, code
of ethics, 360-degree reviews and coaching for all managers.
