TriSure’s story: TriSure Corp., an insurance brokerage firm, has been providing comprehensive insurance programs to businesses and families for more than 40 years. Services include insurance, bond and employee-benefit programs. TriSure has doubled its staff to 37 employees over the past five years, with 2006 revenues exceeding $6.6 million, up 26 percent from 2005 and 76 percent from 2004.

Training vehicles: TriSure executives believe individual success is rooted in teamwork and promoting solid employees from within the company. As such, four of its seven partners began as account executives with the firm. The company also pays for employees to pursue industry credentials, and offers bonuses for completing courses and salary increases upon earning credentials.
